Who you are buying from

GORPED is operated by Saftladen GmbH, Birkenstrasse 47, 6343 Risch-Rotkreuz, Switzerland. Contact: office@gorped.com. These terms apply to purchases through gorped.com and its Shopify checkout.

Mandatory consumer rights in the country whose laws apply to your purchase take precedence over any inconsistent term below.

Orders & contract

The product page and checkout show the item, variant, quantity, price and available delivery options. Please check these details before placing an order. You must be able to enter a binding contract, or have the necessary permission from your legal representative.

By placing an order using the checkout payment button, you submit an offer to buy and authorise the selected payment. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order. We accept the order by expressly confirming acceptance or dispatching the goods. Any payment taken for an order we cannot accept will be refunded promptly.

We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, payment fails, there is reasonable evidence of fraud or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Prices & payment

Prices depend on the selected delivery market. The store uses CHF for Switzerland, EUR for supported European markets and USD for other supported markets. The final currency and total shown at checkout apply; prices do not have to be identical after conversion.

Shipping and any taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. Possible import charges are explained in our Shipping policy. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion fee.

Payment methods shown at checkout are processed by Shopify and the relevant payment providers. We do not receive your full card details. Discounts apply only under the conditions stated with the offer.

Products & availability

Choose your colour and size carefully. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear; this does not excuse supplying goods that differ materially from their description. Product specifications and included items are stated on the relevant product page.

A waitlist registration reserves no stock, fixes no future price and does not place an order or take payment. Any pre-order will be identified with its own delivery information before payment.

If we discover a material listing error after an order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement; mandatory rights and any binding contract remain unaffected.

Shipping, returns & legal guarantees

Our Shipping policy sets out processing, delivery and tracking. Our Returns & refunds policy explains voluntary case-by-case returns, statutory withdrawal, return costs and remedies for faulty goods.

A voluntary return is subject to approval. A valid statutory withdrawal or claim for faulty goods is not subject to our discretion. We do not exclude legal guarantees or shift every delivery risk to the buyer upon dispatch.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with other customers, submit fraudulent orders or publish unlawful material.

GORPED branding, original designs, photographs and website content belong to us or their respective rights holders. Access to the website does not grant a right to reproduce them commercially. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Reviews & submitted content

If you submit a review, it should describe your own experience. You retain ownership of your text and any photos you provide. By submitting them for publication, you give us permission to display and format them on GORPED’s store with your chosen display name and relevant product details.

We may moderate content for privacy, spam, unlawful material or relevance. We do not require reviews to be positive. Please do not include another person’s private information or content you do not have permission to share. Email office@gorped.com to request correction or removal. Your email address is not published with your review.

Responsibility

We are responsible for our obligations under the contract and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.

Use products according to their instructions and stated purpose. A product is not certified for a particular protective or safety use unless its description expressly states the relevant certification.

Your information

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie policy explains browser storage and your choices. Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional analytics or marketing.

Shopify hosts the store’s commerce platform and checkout, while Vercel hosts the storefront. Shopify processes visit and purchase information and, with Shopify Network Intelligence enabled, information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify for enhanced services. Shopify and its partners may process this information in other countries, subject to applicable privacy rights. See Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and our privacy choices.

Applicable law & complaints

Swiss law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections available to you as a consumer under the law of your habitual residence. This choice does not take away those protections or any right to bring a claim before a court available under applicable law.

Please contact office@gorped.com with a complaint so we can try to resolve it. This is not a condition for using legal remedies. No exclusive Swiss court clause is imposed on consumers.

The version in effect when your order was placed applies to that order. Later changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite an existing contract.
